What Should I Engrave On My Tag?

In an emergency, your medical identification jewelry needs to speak for you in case you are unable to. We recommend you consult with your physician or specialist for their suggestions.

We can engrave 22 characters per line including spaces.

If you are unable to fit all of your vital information on your medical id tag, you may engrave “See Wallet Card” on one line and you can download and print a free medical alert wallet card.

Which size should I order?

Please take a snug measurement of your wrist to the closest half inch, with a soft tape measure, or a piece of string and a ruler.

If you don't have a ruler handy, please
click here to download a paper ruler. Ensure that you disable any "shrink to fit" option when printing.

We want your medical ID bracelet to be comfortable enough for you to wear it everyday. We will take your wrist measurement and design the most comfortable size for the bracelet you order. We add one full inch to your wrist measurement to make your medical bracelet comfortable enough to wear everyday, and still be able to easily flip the tag over and read in an emergency.

Your ID For A Cure medical jewelry includes a 90 day guarantee against any defects in workmanship. If your medical jewelry breaks within the first 90 days, we will fix it for you at no charge.

After your warranty period is up, we would be happy to fix it for just $10, plus shipping and handling. All of our jewelry includes a 90 day warranty from the date we ship your order. We guarantee our jewelry against defects in workmanship under normal use.

We do not guarantee jewelry if worn in water, or during sports. We do not cover loss or wear and tear. Normal wear and tear, scratched, dented, tarnished, rough handling, or loss of merchandise are not covered under our warranty policy.

We want you to be safe and happy wearing your medical identification jewelry. ID For A Cure will happily allow you to exchange your non-engraved jewelry, or issue you store credit within 30 days of your purchase date, if, for any reason you are unhappy with it. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. All sales are final and non-refundable on custom engraved items, so please check your spelling carefully.
